A favorite blogger writes: "What has happened to all the women who are done with child-rearing? Young voices permeate the blogosphere." What do sixty-something women do with their lives, especially if they do not have full-time jobs? We're here to find that out.

Maybe someone at Apple will be smart enough to read this blog and send you and your family iPhones, so that you can test it out and blog about it!
Turns out Apple is not that smart after all. Cisco owns the name iPhone. And has been selling a product under that name for a while.

Legal prediction: Cisco will sue and Apple will pay them a ton of money to keep the name since the marketing has already started. I can't believe they were this foolish. Is it really that hard to come up with a different name?
The iPhone is a neat gadget but can't do much more (much less in some cases) than I can do with my Playstation Portable (PSP) that I've had for a year, other than be a cellphone, but the touchscreen interface is probably the most innovative part of it. My PSP has full web browsing and WiFi interface so the cost is free if near an open WiFi hub, unlike Sprint which charges an arm and a leg for internet access.
I want Steve Jobs to turn his attentions to designing the newest, bestest universal tv/dvd/tivo remote.
